About Us!

My passion for fragrances has been a part of me for years. I’ve always loved exploring different scents, but unfortunately, I could never wear many of them due to allergies. As I reached a certain age, I thought, “That’s it—I need to do something so I can finally enjoy wearing perfumes too!”

 

One day, I saw an advert about creating your own fragrance, and I thought, “Why not?” I asked my husband to treat me to the experience, and I’m so glad I did. I travelled to a studio in Manchester to create my very first Us! Original Scent.

 

Before the day of my appointment, I spent time browsing through their catalogue of fragrances. I made sure to exclude any that weren’t cruelty-free or vegan, as well as those containing beeswax. On the day, I had a list prepared dividing my choices into a No list, a Maybe list, and a Yes list.

 

As I sampled each fragrance on the cards, I used my nose and instincts. Any scent that I found unpleasant or that reminded me of top-brand fragrances I knew I couldn’t wear went straight on the No list. The ones that were okay but not quite special moved to the Maybe list. And the ones that I truly loved, the ones I could imagine myself wearing every day, ended up on the Yes list.

 

From there, I had to narrow down my selections. But my main goal was to create something that not only I could wear and enjoy but also something my husband could feel comfortable wearing too. (Of course, the exact process of how I mix and craft the scent is a top-secret — I want to keep the magic and uniqueness of my creations.)

 

I keep many of the notes to myself to ensure that my fragrances remain exclusive and can't be copied. However, I share enough to give you a sense of the quality and personality behind every scent—something you’ll love to wear and feel confident in.

 

And that’s how Us! was born — from a personal journey, a love of fragrances, and a desire to create something special for everyone.
