Item Condition = Returned itmes must be unopened or faulty. We do not accept returns for opened or used products unless they are defective.

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

- Products that have been opened or used (unless they are defective)
- Seasonal or limited-edition items (unless defective)
